Summary:
Path of Exile 2 players can Divine Orb unlock four free Nightfowl cosmetic rewards during the ExileCon 2026 Twitch Drops event on November 6–7. The rewards include a Weapon Effect, Level-up Effect, Dodge Roll, and Back Attachment, with cumulative watch-time requirements ranging from two to eight hours. Players must connect their Path of Exile and Twitch accounts, watch eligible live streams, and manually claim each reward before the November 7 deadline. The event also offers an opportunity to explore upcoming PoE 2 1.0 features ahead of the December 11 free-to-play launch.
1. All Four PoE 2 Nightfowl Twitch Drops Rewards
ExileCon 2026 brings a limited-time opportunity to collect four Nightfowl cosmetics without spending any in-game currency. The rewards are distributed through cumulative Twitch watch-time milestones, making the event accessible to both experienced players and newcomers.
Here is the complete reward list:
- 2 Hours: Nightfowl Weapon Effect.
- 4 Hours: Nightfowl Level-up Effect.
- 6 Hours: Nightfowl Dodge Roll.
- 8 Hours: Nightfowl Back Attachment.
Players do not need to complete four separate viewing sessions. Each milestone builds on the previous one, meaning eight total eligible hours unlock the entire collection.
These rewards are cosmetic rather than gameplay upgrades, so they will not increase damage, improve defenses, or change character statistics. However, they offer a distinctive visual theme for players who enjoy customizing their Exiles.
Grinding Gear Games has also confirmed that the Nightfowl cosmetics will eventually become available through the in-game store. However, their future store release date has not been announced.
2. ExileCon 2026 Twitch Drops Schedule
Timing is particularly important because the promotion only runs for a limited period.
The event schedule is:
- Drops Begin: November 6, 2026, at 12:30 PM PST / 3:30 PM EST.
- Drops End: November 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST.
- Eastern Deadline: November 8, 2026, at 2:59 AM EST.
The ExileCon keynote begins at 1:00 PM PST on November 6, just 30 minutes after the Drops campaign starts.
However, watching the approximately two-hour keynote alone will not unlock all four cosmetics. Players need additional eligible viewing time to reach the eight-hour milestone.
Fortunately, progress can be accumulated across both event days, so there is no requirement to complete everything in one sitting.
3. How to Link Twitch and Claim PoE 2 Rewards
Before watching eligible streams, players should ensure their accounts are properly connected.
Follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Path of Exile account and open the account settings.
2. Find the Twitch connection option under Other Connections.
3. Select Connect and authorize the correct Twitch account.
4. Watch an eligible live channel participating in the ExileCon Drops campaign.
5. Open Twitch Drops Inventory to monitor your accumulated viewing progress.
6. Manually select Claim whenever a Nightfowl reward becomes available.
7. Check your in-game microtransactions inventory after claiming.
One important detail is that reaching a milestone does not automatically guarantee delivery. Players must manually redeem each unlocked reward through Twitch Inventory before the campaign expires.
The cosmetics can be used in both Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2, including by players who have not purchased Early Access.
4. Best Strategy to Unlock All Eight Hours
For players targeting the complete collection, the simplest approach is to begin watching as soon as the campaign becomes active.
An eight-hour session on November 6 is sufficient to unlock everything, provided the selected channel remains eligible and Twitch correctly tracks viewing progress.
If you cannot finish in one day, continue watching on November 7. Your accumulated progress carries over during the promotion.
